Fourteen days to change your mind

If you bought a ready-made piece online, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you, or someone you designate, receive it. You do not have to tell us why (Arts. 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code).

What cannot be returned

The right of withdrawal does not apply to jewelry made to measure or clearly personalized for you, including pieces created by redesigning jewelry of your own and pieces engraved at your request (Art. 59(1)(c) of the Italian Consumer Code). We always tell you before the work begins.

How to do it

  1. Tell us your decision within the 14 days with a clear statement: an email to info@clee.it is enough. You may use the form below, but you do not have to.
  2. Return the piece within 14 days of telling us: bring it back to the boutique at Via del Gambero 4 in Rome, or send it to the address we give you in our reply. You pay the direct cost of returning it, unless we agree otherwise.
  3. The piece must come back intact, with its packaging, certificates and any accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling it beyond what is needed to see it and try it on.

Your refund

We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of the day we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise. We may wait until we receive the piece, or proof that you have sent it, before refunding you.

If the piece has a defect

Withdrawal is not the same as the guarantee. If the piece you receive has a defect, the two-year legal guarantee of conformity applies: you will find everything on the Legal guarantee page.
