This page explains which cookies and similar tools the Eleonora Mantini Gioielli website uses, and how you can choose them. The website is run by G & G Gioie S.r.l. (Piazza dell’Emporio 11/A, 00153 Rome, Italy, VAT no. 06690221004). It follows the guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority of June 10, 2021.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Some make the site work (the shopping bag, for example), others help us understand how it is used or show you messages that suit you better.

The cookies we use

Technical, always on

They keep the shop working and do not require consent: they remember your bag, language and currency, keep you signed in to your account, protect payments and save your cookie choice. They are set by Shopify, the platform the shop runs on (for example cart, localization, secure_customer_sig, _tracking_consent). They last up to one year.

The website also stores in your browser, without personal data, a temporary copy of the jewelry list (so pages load faster) and some browsing information that is deleted when you close the tab.

Analytics, only with your consent

They help us understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how to improve them. They are set by Shopify (for example _shopify_y, _shopify_s). They last up to one year.

Marketing, only with your consent

They let us send messages that match your interests, for example through the newsletter run by Klaviyo, Inc. (__kla_id). They last up to two years.

How you choose

On your first visit a banner asks which cookies to accept: you can accept them all, decline all but the technical ones, or choose. You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page, or by deleting cookies in your browser settings.
